Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Gaucha Empanadas. To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, please review the following policies regarding delivery, pickup, and cancellations:

Delivery Policy

  • Availability:Delivery is available upon request and subject to availability. All deliveries must be pre-arranged and confirmed in writing via email or order form.

  • Delivery Areas & Fees:We offer delivery within designated areas of Central Florida. A delivery fee may apply based on distance and order size. Please contact us for a quote.

  • Scheduling:Delivery times are scheduled in advance and are approximate. We will do our best to arrive within the agreed window, but delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Responsibility Upon Delivery:A recipient must be present to receive the order. Gaucha is not responsible for food left unattended. Once delivered, all responsibility for food safety and handling transfers to the customer.

Pickup Policy 

Pickup orders must be collected during the agreed-upon time window.Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy 

Standard Orders (Pickup/Delivery):Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable.Catering Orders:Catering orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund.Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund, depending on preparation costs and timing.

Modifications to Orders 

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes. However:Changes to standard orders are not guaranteed within 24 hours of fulfillment.Changes to catering orders made within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges.
