Our food truck operates by confirmed reservation only and is subject to availability. Menu selections may vary by event and are dependent on seasonality and inventory. All empanadas are freshly prepared and served on-site.

Service times, setup requirements, and travel limitations will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extended travel, custom menus, or special accommodations.

To ensure the best experience, please provide final guest counts and any dietary preferences at least 14 days before your event. If booking within 14 days, please have final guest count available at time of booking. Any changes made to the order 7 days or less prior to an event will incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to adjust operations in the event of severe weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.​

Please note: We offer both delivery and pick-up options. Website orders are set for pick-up by default, but delivery is available upon request and based on availability. For delivery arrangements or questions, please contact us directly before placing your order.
