Menu Availability

Our empanada menu rotates based on ingredient availability and seasonality. Some items are available only by request or in specific packages. We reserve the right to substitute items based on inventory, with prior notice when possible.

Food Truck Operations

Our food truck operates by confirmed reservation only and is subject to availability.

• Menu selections may vary by event.

• All empanadas are prepared fresh and served on-site.

• Setup requirements, service times, and travel limits will be discussed at the time of booking.

• Additional charges may apply for extended travel, custom menus, or special requests.

Guest Counts & Event Changes

To provide the best experience:

• Final guest count and dietary preferences must be provided at least 14 days prior to your event.

• If booking within 14 days, final count is due at the time of booking.

• Changes made within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees.

Weather, Venue & Operations

We reserve the right to adjust or pause operations due to:

• Severe weather

• Venue restrictions

• Safety hazards or unforeseen circumstances

We will always communicate with you promptly if such changes are necessary.

Delivery & Pickup Orders

We offer both delivery and pickup options:

• Website orders default to pickup.

• Delivery is available upon request and subject to availability.

• Please contact us directly prior to placing your order if you need delivery.
