Gaucha Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Gaucha Loyalty Program! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our rewards program (“Program”), designed to thank our amazing customers for their continued support.
By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to the following:---
## 1. **Eligibility**The Program is open to individuals 18 years or older with a valid email or phone number. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary to join.---
## 2. **Enrollment**Customers may enroll in the Program through our website, at the food truck, or via a third-party app or platform used by Gaucha. Each member may maintain only one active account.---## 3. **Earning Points**Points are earned based on eligible purchases made directly from Gaucha. Points may be awarded as follows:- $1 spent = 1 point (unless otherwise stated in a promotion)- Bonus points may be offered during special events, promotions, or referrals---
## 4. **Rewards**Members can redeem points for rewards such as:- Free empanadas- Drinks or add-ons- Exclusive merchandise or offersRewards and redemption thresholds are subject to change and availability.---
## 5. **Expiration & Inactivity**Points will expire 12 months after the date they were earned unless otherwise stated. Gaucha reserves the right to deactivate accounts after 12 months of inactivity.---
## 6. **Account Use**Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold or combined with another account. Gaucha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused rewards.---
## 7. **Changes to the Program**Gaucha reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.---## 8. **Privacy**By joining the Program, you agree to Gaucha’s Privacy Policy and to receive occasional emails or messages about your rewards, promotions, or news related to Gaucha.---
