My Story

Hi, I’m Mariana. I’m the heart behind Gaucha, and I personally oversee every detail to ensure everything is just as it should be.
I grew up in Argentina, where food was always a big part of life. It wasn’t just about eating—it was about being together, sharing moments, and making people feel at home. Those memories are what stayed with me and inspired everything behind Gaucha.
Starting this wasn’t just a business for me—it was something very personal. I wanted to create a space where people could feel that same warmth, even in something as simple as an empanada.
I’m still very hands-on in everything we do, staying closely involved every step of the way—from the flavors we create to the experience we give each person we serve.
Gaucha has grown into a team, and I’m so grateful for that. And with God guiding the way, I’m excited for what’s ahead as we keep growing and sharing a little piece of our culture with more people.
Why I Chose Gaucha
The name Gaucha is deeply personal to me. It reflects who I am—my love for the outdoors, country life, horses, and a more grounded way of living. In Argentina, a “gaucha” represents strength, independence, resilience, and tradition—and that spirit is what we bring into everything we do.
